If  Cakewale is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.

While orders are getting processed, they cannot be canceled or modified. If the order is in process (track order data) mode, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order. If the order has been confirmed, you may be charged to cancel the order.
It is required to give at least 48 hours’ notice in advance.

In case of Cancellation of order, you need to inform via email from your registered email id, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, moreover cancellation fee (20 – 25%) will be applicable.

We will process refund in 48 hours of request after refund process it is depend on payment getway and bank or card policy it usually take 2-5 days
